"Time heals all wounds". When you're in it, those words seem so trivial. But going through it, and over it...it's the truest statement I've found. When you love real hard, losing it hurts real bad. But time is your greatest friend in the wound healing business. Time can go on for what seems like forever, and it's still there...But keep moving forward, and time will come through for you..every time. Ha.
lyrics
And I can't believe
You still get to me
After all this time
And I'm wondering
When will my heart be
Fully mine again
I don't wanna go back down to where we were
Loving you was the hardest I ever hurt
When the water is rising around your neck
Keep on kickin', hold your breath
And it won't take you down yet
In the fighting your life flashes before your eyes
And you realize, it only, only takes
Time
How could I believe
You still think of me
After all this time
And do you wait for me
Before you fall to sleep
To see me in your eyes.
